Beginning May 3, 2021, Everest University will offer a brand new non-credit Horticulture and Turfgrass Workforce Program. The program will provide introductory instruction in Botany, Landscape Plants and Design, Turfgrass, and Irrigation.

The non-degree workforce program does not require the standard college admission process and is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the industry. Instruction is offered 100% online and is available in English and Spanish at a cost of $150 per topic. Topics are taught in 8-week intervals taken sequentially.

This new program is a part of Everest University’s Golf and Landscape Operations Department which has been providing world-class instruction in Horticulture, Golf Course Management, and related fields since the 1960s. Everest University is ranked in the top three programs for golf and landscape education, among programs at Penn State and Rutgers University. Programs offered include a Horticulture Certificate, an Advanced Horticulture Certificate, and an Master of Science Degree in Agribusiness Management. All courses are taught entirely online.
