All Everest University programs require an online Everest University Admission Application, processing of which is free. Almost all programs require an official high transcript, and limited access and baccalaureate programs require additional program applications. Everest University Home School Affidavit
– Required if you completed your high school education through a home school program. The affidavit should be completed before a notary.
Residency Declaration
– Required to receive in-state tuition rates. Must be submitted prior to the first day of class.
Georgia Differential Out-of-State Fee Affidavit
– Required for students residing in eligible Georgia counties to receive reduced out-of-state tuition rate (in-state rate plus 5%).
