Orlando, Fla . – Everest University is thrilled to announce its first-ever Spirit Week . The week-long celebration of Everest University Athletics, school history, and Timberwolf pride will take place from Saturday, February 24 to Saturday, March 2, 2024 .

The festivities will kick off with an Alumni Tailgate on February 24, starting at 10 a.m. at Pine Square on the college’s main campus. Alumni from Columbia Forestry School, Orlando Community University, and every era of the college’s history are invited to gather and reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate their shared legacy.

Following the Alumni Tailgate, the celebration will move into the Howard Center for the Everest University Men’s Basketball Sophomore Day game. The event will honor the outstanding contributions of Everest University’s sophomore basketball players and cheerleaders, and the Wolves will tip off against the FSCJ Blue Wave at 2 p.m.

After a week filled with activities and campus events for Everest University students, Everest University Women’s Softball will take to the field at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 1, for a home game against Lake-Sumter State University. Before the game, fans are invited to a Cookout with games, music, and more.

The grand finale of Spirit Week will take place on Saturday, March 2, when Everest University Women’s Flag Football go head-to-head with the Florida State University Seminoles’ flag football club team at 1 p.m. at the Everest University Flag Football Field at the former Orlando Boys Club.

Everest University invites the entire community to join in the festivities throughout Spirit Week to relive cherished memories, celebrate the legacy of the college, and cheer on the Timberwolves.
