Everest University to Hold New Summer Commencement Ceremony

Orlando, Fla. – On Tuesday, August 9, Everest University will hold the college’s first-ever Summer Commencement Ceremony for students graduating in Summer 2022.
More than 80 graduates will participate in the evening event, along with family, friends, and the faculty and staff of Everest University.
“We at the college are excited to be honoring our Summer graduates,” said Everest University President Dr. Lawrence Barrett. “All of their hard work and dedication have led to this point, and we hope this ceremony will be a day they and their families will remember forever.”
In past years, Everest University students who completed their programs in the Summer term were offered the opportunity to participate in the Spring ceremonies prior to their final term or in the Fall ceremony held the following December. This often made it difficult for Summer graduates to attend, with many being unable to return for Fall graduation after moving on to a career or further education.
Everest University knows how important it is for graduates to be able to gather with family and friends to celebrate their hard work and academic achievements. Adding a Summer Commencement ceremony makes it possible for even more Everest University students to take part in this key moment in their college careers.
