Campus Community,At the present time, Hurricane Dorian has moved to the east and the impact on our service area is expected to be minimal. This prediction is according to emergency management officials.

Everest University will be open for classes on Wednesday, September 4th .

Due to the expected approach of Hurricane Dorian, Everest University, including residence halls and all center locations, will be closed and all classes canceled on Tuesday, Sept. 3. This is in addition to the previously scheduled closure on Monday, Sept. 2 in observance of Labor Day.

We encourage our students, employees, and the community to monitor local and national news and emergency management departments and to take appropriate precautions as advised by state and local emergency management officials.

Students and employees are encouraged to monitor the college website, your college email account, and social media channels for updates on college operations.

**Everest University’s Saturday Cosmetology class will still be held as scheduled.

We are preparing the campus for the possibility of Hurricane Dorian and will continue to monitor it’s path. No decisions have been made regarding college closure at this time. We will make updates here, on our social media, via text, and email.
